how we help
Our Impact
At ADHD Support Services CIC, we believe nobody should feel alone on their ADHD or neurodiverse journey.Through creative wellbeing projects, peer support, education, workshops, and community activities, we are creating safe spaces where people feel understood, accepted, and empowered. Every project we deliver is designed to reduce isolation, improve confidence, support emotional wellbeing, and help people reconnect with themselves and others.
The Difference We’re Making
Since launching, we have:

- Supported people affected by ADHD and neurodiversity through workshops, support groups, wellbeing sessions, and creative activities
- Created opportunities for people to connect, share experiences, and build friendships
- Delivered projects focused on emotional regulation, self-esteem, confidence, creativity, and mental wellbeing
- Helped participants feel less isolated and more understood
- Built partnerships with community organisations, local venues, and wellbeing providers
- Developed safe, inclusive environments where people can be themselves without judgement
Community Garden Project
We are excited to now have access to land where we are creating a community wellbeing garden designed to support mental health, creativity, connection, and emotional wellbeing. The garden will become a calming and inspiring space where people can learn new skills, explore creativity, and reconnect with nature at their own pace. Projects will include:

- Gardening and growing activities
- Painting and creative art sessions
- Making homemade jams and preserves
- Creating herbal teas
- Making fresh pestos and natural food products
- Mindfulness and relaxation activities
- Outdoor wellbeing sessions
- Community-led creative projects

The garden is being designed as a welcoming space where people can slow down, learn, connect, and feel part of something meaningful.
Why This Matters
Many people living with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions experience:

- Loneliness and isolation
- Anxiety and overwhelm
- Low self-esteem
- Burnout and emotional exhaustion
- Difficulty accessing traditional support services

Our projects offer practical, creative, and community-based support that helps people feel seen, valued, and supported.
Our vision is to continue expanding our projects so we can support even more people through creativity, wellbeing, education, and community connection.

We are passionate about building spaces where neurodiverse people can thrive — not just survive.
